Minimum Order Quantity
The minimum order quantity per item is always 1 VE = 1 packaging unit.

– Resellers up to CHF 999.95 – Shipping CHF 60.00
Notes:
– Express surcharges will be charged additionally.
– For mountain inns, delivery is free to the valley station.

Delivery Time
The products listed in the shop are usually available from stock. Nevertheless, delivery times for some products cannot be ruled out.
Second Delivery
Second delivery as a result of non-deliverability (caused by customer). CHF 50.00/delivery
Complaints
Complaints can only be considered within 8 days of receipt of the goods.
Returns
A processing fee may be charged for partial returns. This does not apply to errors made by Scheitlin-Papier AG or in the event of quality defects. Damaged goods will be charged to the buyer at the invoiced price according to the amount of damage. In the case of partial returns, the material not returned will also be charged to the buyer at the corresponding price.
Right of Return
Unopened shop items can be returned within 14 calendar days. Individual special items have no right of return. The postage costs for the return of items are generally borne by the sender, unless it is an error on the part of Scheitlin Papier AG.
Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been received. If the customer is in default with the payment of the purchase price, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract (declaration of withdrawal) and take possession of the goods.
